Je re\u00e7ois en consultations les adultes, les enfants et les adolescents, sur rendez-vous. Je propose des suivis psychoth\u00e9rapeutiques ou des entretiens ponctuels, selon votre demande et vos besoins.<\/p><p>La psychoth\u00e9rapie est un moment d\u2019\u00e9coute et d\u2019\u00e9changes, un moment \u00e0 soi, un moment pour soi. Je vous propose une \u00e9coute active, bienveillante, neutre et empathique. Je vous assure de la stricte confidentialit\u00e9 de notre rencontre et de nos \u00e9changes.<\/p><p>Les motifs de consultations d\u2019un psychologue sont nombreux. Si parfois il parait plus abordable de se confier \u00e0 ses proches, cela peut ne pas \u00eatre suffisant. Le psychologue est form\u00e9 pour accueillir la souffrance psychique et accompagner la personne dans un cadre contenant et neutre. Il dispose aussi d\u2019outils th\u00e9rapeutiques pour traiter cette souffrance.<\/p><p>Je consid\u00e8re que les personnes que je rencontre en entretien ont les cl\u00e9s et les ressources en elles pour faire face \u00e0 leurs besoins et \u00e0 leurs probl\u00e8mes. Cependant, parfois celles-ci sont enfouies ou sont m\u00e9connues.
